Whats scarier is that I haven't seen that one, but I've seen PA horns used like that before. Worse is when they face backwards, for the general public to enjoy.

They had a DB contest / show at the stadium last year, and there was this little corolla, or something (hatch back). This guy had all sorts of pro mids and horns facing back through the hatch. It was sort of loud, off to the side, but when you crossed behind him, even 50 yds back, it was like walking through some sort of Romulon death beam...
