Love this thing.. has some AWESOME features. Looking forward to hooking my subs back up to hear what kind of sound this thing puts out.

Me neither, actually been Anti-Sony in the past.. but this deck impressed me.

I've owned two Xplod decks in the past, and they all have SUCKED.. but this one seems to be great. Time will tell. If not, I bought the 4 year service contract.. I'll just get it replaced.

Alpine.. It died.

 

You paid over $300 for that man? You can get it online for like $100 less first off, and for $300 you can get a badass HU. not knocking it, but i don't like sony myself either. i'll probably always go Pioneer unless alipine makes a more visually appealing unit.

 

I didn't pay $300.. I paid ~$270, and thats with a 4 year extended replacement warranty (since I constantly break shit)..Deck was priced around 225... I don't really care what I can get online, I like buying locally..

Anyways, system installed - I'll have pics later tonight.. sounds fucking amazing; MUCH better then it did with the Alpine.. Very tight, very clean.. but I need a amp for my highs, they get drowned a little...

 

im not really a fan of sony, never have been... i like the alpine myself... but people have said the new sony stuff isnt to bad..

 

Word..I've never liked Sony either.. I've always been diehard Alpine..

I'm impressed thus far, but only time will tell.
