Just wondering if theres an adaptor for my explorer. It comes with like 5x7"'s stock and I want to go with 5.25"s. Thanks for the help.

I know I could, but to be honest I don't feel like it if theres a $10-20 part I could buy. Plus I don't have much equipment to cut (ie: jigsaw, etc) with.

There might be.. fiberboard would be best and cheapest.. but whatever.

Pretty easy.. You can cut it with a retractable blade.

Sorry it was 5 1/4's. The ones I was looking at would bolt right up in the door but had to fabricate mounting in the rear.
