Default 1998 Honda Prelude for sale! (H22A4)

1998 HONDA PRELUDE BASE, SILVER, VTEC, H22A4 MOTOR, 154K MILES, MANUAL, SECOND OWNER, POWER SUNROOF, POWER WINDOWS, POWER DOOR LOCKS, CRUISE, TILT, ALLOY WHEELS, REAR DEFROSTER, AM/FM STEREO W/ CD PLAYER, REAR SPOILER, AND MORE!!

I purchased this vehicle back in April 2011 with 113K miles. Immediately changed out the head gasket, timing belt, water pump, thermostat (replaced and flushed coolant every two years), new head bolts, new valve cover gasket, performed a valve job, installed front and rear strut tower braces, and cleaned out entire throttle body. Only ran with Mobil 1 5W-30 oil. Also installed K&N air filter (left original intake housing to eliminate heat soak). Engine bay is completely stock except for aftermarket header installed July of 2012, catalytic has removed. Installed slotted and drilled rotors with ceramic pads in October of 2012. Original 5-spoke prelude wheels replaced with staggered 2001 Honda S2000 16" wheels (16x6.5 & 16x7.5). Sway bar bushings upgraded to Energy Suspension polypropylene bushings. Interior is clean, no damage to dashboard, seats or carpet.

Now for the bad news...
1. I was rear ended late January of 2013 and I have not had the availability to repair the damage since I've started traveling for work. I do have all the replacement parts (trunk lid w/ spoiler, tail lights, and bumper cover, all parts came from an SH body with matching color code paint... only need the bumper bar which eBay has used for about $75).
and
2. Replaced the driver door w/ an SH model because of a non-repairable dent so the paint is slightly off color.
I have plenty of extra parts that come with this vehicle as well... new shift boot from Honda (current one has a very small slit in it), 1.5" lowering springs from skunk, Energy Suspension bushings for the end links, fuel filter, spare oil filters, and I still have the old damaged door with all internals that work.

I'm asking $3000 obo. I am also willing to trade for a Honda S2000 or Nissan 350Z Roadster (manual) with cash. If anyone is interested, please text me or leave a voicemail at 813.205.9988.

$3900? Really? Not trying to be rude but I think you need to be a lot more realistic with your asking price. Just my opinion but I was interested until I seen you are asking as much as the car would be worth without any repairs being needed. Good luck.

Not trying to be a jerk, but that's why I added "obo." I know I'm going to get a low ball offer... so make me an offer. I started high since I have so much in extra parts for this car and I'm not in a rush to sell. The body work, repainting, installing the lowering springs and new exhaust would be a lot cheaper than buying a new car, but I have S2000 fever. I've been wanting one for a long time and I'm taking my time finding one that hasn't been "molested" by some teenager.

I don't want to send an offer that insults you, so how about you PM me with the lowest you are willing to go on the car and I will go from there. Thanks.

I'm willing to take $2900 because I know the new buyer will have to pay for body work. I just want to recover some of the money for the extra parts purchased.
