Honda Civic Ex 1998. 1 Owner car Super cold A/C

I have a 1998 honda civic ex. 1 OWNER CAR still has factory keyless entry.
Motor is d16y8 5 Speed Super cold a/c. Run's and drives perfect!!
Just got serviced at honda had full tune up alot of new part's EVERYTHING was replaced that needed to be.
The car needs nothing
new timing belt.
new water pump
and all gaskets and seals and hoses.
All 4 new tire's
Car is clean and has really only had 1 owner you will be #2
The only thing wrong with the car is bumper has peace missing on right side. (You can see in pic's) I HAVE A 99 FRONT BUMPER THAT COULD GO WITH IT.
and headliner could be redone to be perfect.
