FS 94 Integra 5 spd AC PS Full suspension

For sale is my 1994 Acura Integra LS. The car was bought a year ago and since then I have swapped the motor. And put full suspension on car. Reason I am selling the car is because it is time for me to go back to my roots in the mustang world. Car has 140k miles on body and roughly 40k on motor bought a few months ago still under warranty with papers from jdm tech. In orlando, FL. The following list is just a few things done to my car off hand:

MOTOR:
JDM B20b high comp. 9:8:1
New OEM Melling oil pump
New OEM water pump
New Felpro oilpan gasket
New Felpro intake manifold gasket
New Felpro exhaust manifold gasket
New Felpro valve cover gasket
Gates racing timing belt and tensioner
New Dayco Topcog AC/PS/And alternator Belt with 3 year warranty
New Ac motor mount
Brand new driver side and passenger side OEM CV axles
DC sport true 4-1 header
Stock intake manifold and air box

CHASSIS/BODY:
Full body skunk2 pro-C coilovers
Master pro underbody front lower control arms
Skunk2 Pro plus front upper control arms (+4/-4)
Moog front lower balljoints
BWR rear lower control arms (gold(
BWR subframe connector (gold)
OEM front and rear sway bars
ENKEI RPF1's With very good Bridgestone potenza sport tires (85% )
New wearever ceramic brake pads front and rear
Wearever rotors
CAR WAS JUST PROFESSIONALLY DETAILED BY HERNANDO CUSTOM MARINE DETAIL

CONS:
Car has broken driver side door hande(Still opens)
Paint chips here and there
Little rash on rear bumper from my mom in driveway
Little dings/scratches here and there
Would rate body 8/10

Motor was never cracked open/ no wires or harness cut.
No shortcuts taken and car is a great daily driver.
I am sure I am missing some things, so if you have any questions/concerns
