1989 crx si b20/ls

I have a 1989 crx si im looking to sell. Swapped it with a jdm b20b block, p75 ls head , and a ls tranny. The swap is about 95% complete but we cant get the car to start on its own. To get it started you have to spray starter fluid in the intake and hold the tb open a bit to get it going. The car is in timing so thats not the issue. It could be something simple but i dont have the time to fix it. Need to get another car asap. Looking to get $1000.
The car is in brooksville and will need to be towed or pulled.
