F/S or F/T 95 Jetta GLX VR6 5 speed

Up for sale or trade is my 95 jetta glx vr6. 134k miles. This car is my daily so the mileage is climbing slowly. It runs like a champ and has plenty of power. I am trying to sell this car because I want to get back into a rear wheel drive and a car I have had my eye on has come available but I need to get rid of this car to buy it or get a suitable trade to trade for that car.


Pros:

I have replaced many parts on the car including: Throttle position sensor, cam position sensor, crank position sensor, coil pack, wires, plugs, stainless steel coolant pipe (crack pipe), new battery, new window regulators, throw out bearing, slave cylinder, master cylinder, spoiler, badge less grill, headlight bulbs, vacuum lines, all new tires, oil pressure sensors, new roof mount antenna and base, upgraded struts and shocks, new axles,.
This also comes with the Bentley manual that actually covers the VR6.

good leather interior

Glove box (in 95 these cars did not have a glove box I found one in the junkyard in great condition and installed it the only problem being that it can’t be locked as its keyed differently.)

AC serviced a year ago new compressor hasn’t needed recharged or any of that crap.

Straight body

My friend does his own powder coating gun so as time goes by we randomly pull parts and make them shiny. So far we have done the shifter weight and the oil filter housing.

Of course regular oil changes. I fill it with premium it’s not required but it’s a habit I have.

All power options power mirrors, cruise control, heated seats, rear defrost, power windows, power locks.

DARK tinted windows
The car is wired for a sub (it doesn’t have one so the wires are disconnected)

Cons:

Cruise control does not work! (From what I have read it seems to be a very common
problem with the column switch assembly or a relay in the cruise module)

Heated seats do not work! (Don’t know why or particularly care as I live in Florida)

The previous owner was keyed on the driver’s door.
