we talking "everything" as in a complete engine? Or are we talking about "everything" as in just the long block?

those are two vastly different things.

"everything" usually means, at minimum, the complete engine, and all the accessories. It can include the harness and ecu. But that is usually labeled as a "swap"
A longblock is just from the valve cover, down the the oil pan. No accessories, no manifolds, none of that.

In that case, it's a swap without a trans. ECU, harness, PS pump alt etc all included. Intake and exhaust manis as well. Only thing you need is a trans and good to go.
