Miguel has brought a few of his other vehicles in to us in the past, So when his very nice s2000 developed a problem he brought it to us to find the problem and fix it, based on the noise we knew a rebuild would ensue.

 

We removed the engine and began disassembly : As we suspected there severe damage on cylinder #4 and some minor damage on a couple other cylinders.

 

The rebuilt head will receive some beefing up:

Forgot to get before pictures of the head prior to the rebuild but #4 has some minor damage, just got it back from the machine shop and they did a fabulous job of rebuilding / restoring the cylinder head
