i need hid lights for my car does anyone know some where i can buy them and get them installed. i know there was someone on here that used to do them if he or she turns up or u know where i might find em installed cheap can they shoot me a shared_pm i will get bak at them asap thanks

 

Why do you "need' HIDs?

 

Just shared_pm izzyaccord and they are about as easy to install as it is to put fuel in your tank

 

You don't need them. Regular, new, quality lights or even the 9005/9006 mod will work better than old, worn, faded lights. Possibly invest in HIR lights, that way you have brighter lights and you maintain proper beam pattern. If your lowered, re-aim your headlights so you get some light back.
But HID's will NOT be aim right, they WILL glare, no matter what you do.
And people will be fucking annoyed too.

 

And you don't even know what kind of car he is driving...integra's come stock with projector lenses and can run HID's just fine. I am certain integra's aren't the only cars that came with them either.

 

Projectors =/= HID Projectors.
HID's and regular light bulbs have different light output patterns.
Just because a car has 'projectors' doesn't mean that they'll put the light where it needs to be when your run HID's. The only decent way to do HID's is a retrofit.

Now, if he has a car that isn't a Prius (they have horrible glare) that came with HID's from the factory, I sincerely appologize for the hate. Unless your putting purple/pink/blue/yellow lights in, that's still fucking annoying. But it's better than HID's in non-HID housing headlights.

 

Well i just have a ek hatch and ek coupe that i wanna put clea white hids on i think having color lights is gay and defeats the purpose of having lights to begin with. What good does it do to see everything pink or blue

Btw i dont need em its more of a i would love to get a nicer look at shit at night thats wh i want my lights white

 

HID's how do they work? Fucking miracles/magnets, have you not heard of retro fits or aftermarket headlights with HID projectors? You can do it correctly, most just dont have the knowledge.

 

HID's work fine in projector housings...ask ANYONE with an integra. They are aimed fine and work absolutely fine with NO glare...

 

The people in the Integra aren't the ones on the glare end up the beam.
