EDIT: can someone move this to nissan tech, i just realized i put it in the wrong place.

I need some help from anyone that is willing. Geico undercut me with the price on my car and i told them that i could not get an identical car for what they wanted to give me. they told me that if i could find proof (from for sale threads, ebay links and what not) that they would give me more.

what i need is for any of you guys that have more time than i do to search for some TR links and/or ebay adds for s14's similar to mine selling for at least high 2000's to low 3000's. they have to be local to the greater tampa bay area though.

basically though, im looking for adds with s14's that have 5 lugs, decent wheels, full interior, ka (non turbo), and exhaust.

when i went threw the same thing with gieco they offered 500 for my 90 hb. i showed them u (atm u couldnt get one in the tb area like it atall) and posts of it elsewere in florida(had about 100 of them) and they gave me 4grand

 

wow i got 4753 for my auto s14 96 there fucking u over man was it ur fault

 

the wreck was not my fault. they are trying to give me 2150 for mine.

 

tell them if that is all they are going to give you that you need the case number etc etc so you can give it to your lawer, after they hear that they normally hop on it and try to do whatever to make you happy.

 

+1, I am in the insurance industry. Do this, it will get you places,they dont want to go to court.

and a BIG +1 to what mike said about giving it to your lawyer. I have worked in body shops for nearly 10 years and i have seen it time and time again. dont be scared to tell them to fuck off and give you what you want and to threaten them with your lawyer.
