Default Titan Motorsports, PI converter comparison

First, thanks to Victor, ChevyEater and JR for their hard work

Take this for what it's worth. Not trying to start a who is better thread. Just providing some information that, specifically the owner, people want to see

Victor from F&H can comment on the drivability of the car. Both partial throttle and wide open throttle as he drove it for me

Up front the PI converter wasn't new. It had been ran without a lock-up by the previous owner. PI was dyno'd on June 12 2010. Titan was dyno'd on June 25 2010. The PI dyno we had a fan on the trans. The Titan dyno we DID NOT

An auto putting out 650whp is really no joke. It would take a 6 speed well into the 700+whp range to keep up. I did 60mph roll pulls and I can't even believe how fast I got to 120mph and the needle was not slowing at all which it used to do with the PI converter. My car used used to die off it felt like.. Respect these cars people. After yesterday I have been really thinking about selling the car or maybe even asking Alpha to put the car back into the 500whp range because the car is so fast. I covered so much highway so fast I can't even stop talking about it. I ran a guy yesterday in a brand new GTR and I spanked him so bad it is not even worth posting in the Kill section b/c no one will believe me how bad I beat him. I take my car out like once a month if that and I could not believe a ran across a GTR who actually wanted to run.

I guess the moral of this story is that the Titan converter is one mod I really suggest all auto guys to look into.

I got to drive the car before and after the install and WOW what a difference indeed, when we attempted to dyno the car on the PI convertor it slipped and struggled through the pulls. With the titan convertor it revved out clean and smooth straight to redline and was SCREAMING compared to before. Just in hearing the car you could tell there was a major improvement, but after driving it I was made a real believer. The car drove nice, felt alot stronger and pulled WAY harder. I've used a few PI convertors and a few Titan convertors and knew I prefered the Titan convertor but after this comparison in my opinion theres only one convertor for the toyota transmission guys and thats the Titan convertor.
to Alpha for the tune, and Sean@Titan for the convertor.
