Rim Offset question??

Would 15x7 +38 offset be flush on my civic eg 4dr? Or, will i have to do some fender rolling/ other modifications..???

(**Note** My car is lowered "2.5")

if u wana slam it? it wont rub on a smooth road but when u hit bumps thats a diff story n wat size it the tire? 205?

theres nothing wide about the wheels your trying to run on your car. so no no problem whats so ever just get a 195/50/15 tire and proceed to slam
