Alright I'm looking at buying a new car and can't decide on which one to get. Either a 07-08 fit (because I like the body style more than the new ones) or a s2k ap1. I know they are a lot different from one another. just trying to decide if I need something practical or a fun little roadster. So I just wanted to see peoples opinions on this. Is it better to be practical or what? And if I matters I don't care about going fast at all and i would only do light mods like wheels, suspension and light audio.

This is a personal decision. We are not you and we will not be the ones making the payment and driving the car. Our life situations are different which means our vehicle choice may not be the same. I do not like the fit and have always loved the s2k but at the same time you just stated you liked the body style of the fit. If practical is what you need then get the fit...if not then get the s2k...just remember the fit has 4 seats and a semi trunk area...the s2k has 2 seat and almost no trunk area. The s2k is a toy...don't expect to use it to transport kids to and from soccer practice or to take your wife and her mom and dad out for dinner. Get my point?

Thanks, and I understand what you mean. I just wanted to see what peoples opinions were. I don't really need much room I just work and go to college. Just trying to see what people would do in their situation to be practical or not. I'm fine with either one. If i weren't buying my mom a car I would get both lol

I once went car shopping before I started dropping thousand into a 96 civic. Once I got behind the wheel of an AP1 I was never so disappointed in my life. The car I had dreamed of driving around was no longer something I wanted. The whole time I was missing my EK interior. I guess being 6'3" is why I hated it, I felt unbelievably cramped inside with the too up and I wanted a hardtop so I said no lol. Fits can be made to look nice and if your ever bored with power k swap it lol

AP2 though if I had a choice...with what your saying, test drive the s2k...if you like it then get it...since your in college you wouldn't really need another car for a few more years. I would really try for an AP2 though if I was getting a s2k.
