gsr tranny in it grinds a lil into 3rd but the way i shift it it dosent grind

cold a/c just need a belt the old one tore off it was old but i promise if anyone gets the car n puts the belt on they'll feel the cold a/c
body has 143xxx
engine since rebuilt has 66xxx

i got a 94 civic coupe ex. full exaust p-28, headers, dropped on coilovers, front camberkit, ram air, single cam v-tec, jst bout perfect inside, paint is ok eccept right fender has scratch, grant racing steering wheel, new 1.6 tranny, new starter, new master cylinder, power window locks steering, everything works great, no leaks from sunroof or from eny part of the car for that matter. windows tinted, bronze clutch
