So does it run? Or it needs t-belt and water pump first?

 

Runs now I could take it places and it will drive to and from it's not in the late stages of needing a water pump and timing belt
it doesn't overhead it is just leak from the weep hole on the pump letting you know it's time to change it

if anyone has any other questions feel free to ask
