I'm very excited about the recent updates to Neptune. I've been using Neptune for some time now. I prefer it over all other stock ecu editors out there. There is no better imo and I have been offered to be a tuner/dealer for them all. There is a lot of software gui features that have been added for me but I will keep those out of this thread. Below are just SOME of the NEW features

* Gear Based Rev Limiters - Want a higher rev limiter in 1st gear than 4th gear or vice versa? Not an issue any more



* Improved Closed Loop Operation - For those of you that want to maintain a rock solid partial throttle air:fuel no matter what the closed loop operation has been greatly improved



* Dead Time Wizard - This make things a little easier on us as tuners but a LOT of "tuners" often over look dead times. Now there should be no overlooking with Neptunes preset list. It includes ALL Injector Dynamics injectors at every fuel pressure. Almost all RC Engineering injectors. And some Precision injectors



* Anti Theft - Worried about thiefs and don't always have time todo your usual tricks? Neptune now has anti theft settings



* Gear Based Shift Light - Need a shift light for each gear? Neptune has you covered now!



* ECT Protection - Neptune will now throw a code 11 when the coolant temperature is too low and limit you to an rpm



These are just SOME of the new features. Great start for 2010

 

WHOA... Neptune is movin on up ! I dont even think Hondata has some of those options

Unfortunately Hondata's S300 has been behind Neptune and even eCtune for some time now. With this new release Hondata's S300 is FAR behind Neptune as is eCtune

I was already happy with my decision to go with NepTune, but ever since I received this new version, I am even happier... All these new features make it well worth the money I spent on it, and really leaves the S300 (which I was originally going to purchase) in its dust... And Im not even a tuner!!! lol
