Default FYI B-Series folks

Maxbore.com throttle body boring service

Maxbore is running a $59 B-series throttle body boring special. Normally it is $100 to get these things bored out. This is a CHEAP and effective upgrade. You also don't have to worry about the aftermarket sticking issues since it is an oem casting.

I have known the owner personally for years.

Great guy. Great work.

I see people out there spending money on the car to improve it … If you spend half that effort just working on your driving skills, making you and the car work together as a team, then you’ll go faster – period. To make the car go a second faster on the track takes a lot more energy and money than making yourself drive it one second faster.

I'm thinking about sending off my throttle body. This is a really good deal and he has fast turn around.

"Type R (ITR/CTR) from 62mm stock to 65mm bored with a 70mm tapered opening."

Damn those are bored to the max like the name says lol look at the walls how thin they are. It almost scares me to go all the way like that. Good stuff though, deffinately cheaper than buying a larger aftermarket TB.
