I have an ls head for sale. I baught a long block and only needed the block. I do not know how many miles where on the head, but for the price get a valve job and the head will be brand new. The head comes with cams and a valve cover. THERE ARE NO CAM GEARS ON THE CAMS. I see ls cam gears go for like 20 dollars on tr. The valve cover i have is from a b20 and the timing belt part is cut off. The price is $50. I am in new tampa and can meet up anywhere in tampa.
