wtt y8 motor for lowering springs

I have a y8 motor. The head is complete just missing the cam gear, it has the dizzy and vtec sensors, also have the intake manifold, and the block. the block i believe has a spun bearing.

Well i'm looking to trade it for some good lowering springs.

^ the motor has a spun bearing... needs to be fixed... first..
