Go with Rom tune or Biki rom or Mega squirt maybe even hal tech.

 

and do atleast pison rings and a head gasket

 

for tuning i dont really wanna have a safc but that was what came to mind... are any of those like just an ECU reflash?

its the one i showed you online that you can get the manifold unassembled and weld it yourself or pre-assembled
