240sx Sil conversion for trade, again.

Ok, here I am Again.
This is the third time up and I got alot of great offers last time, but the trade I had initiated in fell out after months of waiting and I was discouraged about doing it all over again. It may seem I'm a bit flakey about selling this car, but I really like it, I just dont have the nessesary energies to fix it up the way I want it, so here it is.


91 240sx
Car has the following:
'97 s13 Blacktop DET
Blitz FMIC
Greddy T-S BoV
Heavy throttle Hotpipe
HKS Downpipe
APEX'i N1 Dual exhaust
HKS Air Filter
Greddy oilpan
Greddy oil filter relocation kit
SPEC st. 2 Clutch (OEM flywheel)
Nismo P/S rack bushings
JIC SP-1 Coilovers (blown)
DG trials TC rods
Greddy Profec B boost controller
Autometer Boost and A/F Gauges in A pillar
Impul RS-5 3-piece racing wheels. I just had an Azenis blow on me so now the cars sporting steelies in the rears. I have the other wheels and they will be going with the car.
Silvia Front Brake conversion, with crappy pads.
Heres the bad side. . .
Major leaks from the P/S system, but i have another rack to go along with the car.
Engine has decent amount of oil leaks as well.
Runs rich. This is a constant problem ive been having since I fixed the turbo leak, It seems to run pig-rich under boost. Ive replaced the Coolent temp sen. and the Mafs with known good, and still not fix. Thinking its spark related. . .
Suspension is totally shot and needs to go away. I'll leave it at that.
The Right side suffered a near-break in and the criminals left a damaged mirror and door handle. The mirror still functions, the handle does not. They also managed to put many dents and dings on that side too. Some rusting around sunroof. Good Scratch on the hood from random flying piece of metal on highway. . .
the paint was once very nice and shiney, and can be made again that way with a good buffing and dent removal.
The Good? Well, everything but the A/C works, and I have all the parts to make that work to go along with. Just needs a line welded to the JDM compressor. HUD works, Drives ok less the suspension and rich condition.
Well, I've been totally honest about its condition and now heres the thing, im thinking in total the car is worth around $5000. Thats the culmination of its parts minus labor.
I'm looking for a Trade, seeing as how this is my Daily, I need something immdiatly following the sale of this car, so a Trade would do best for me. The Better the condition of car, the more inclinded I'll be towards trading. I would love a Miata, Old Rx-7(T2 if FC), or an old Nissan Pickup. all in 5-Speed please, I'm also willing to go for a b16 swapped Civic hatch or equivalent, a Sentra SER or really anything thats in good running shape. Those are just some ideas. Please, no Motorcycles or american cars
Just remember though, this is a project car, i wouldnt recommend it for a daily driver until a few of the issues are resolved.

92 civic hatch si, being repainted in 3 weeks 350z blue, currently si blue, put a new transmission, master clutch slave cylinder, both new cv axels, and new inner and outer tie rod ends yesterday. sitting on black rota subzeros, has a jdm d15b motor swapped in it with about 60k miles, neuspeed suspension, apexi world sport full exhaust, gsr leather, gsr steering wheel, everything works pretty good. Right now it has a few dents here and there but they will all be fixed before paint. Has a few other bolt ons here and there as well.
i'm willing to trade but can't add any cash, just dumped all my money into new axels, transmission, etc. and i have already paid for the paint job and paint. i also forgot to say it has some things like carbon fiber spoon duckbill and carbon fiber spoon mirrors. car runs perfect it needs a slight tune because it runs rich but that is it, awsome daily driver no weird noises, no clicking, no popping, very sound car. If you still have the car in a month or so when I'm more financially sound and have paid off some shit i might be able to add some $.
