f/s h22 type r motor
FOR SALE:
MOTOR OUT OF A 98' PRELUDE. HAS EVERYTHING FOR IT. NO TRANNY. NEDDS RIGHT CRANK AND ITS A SPOON ENGINE. BUT THE CRANK IS 2100 SO HAVENT DONT THAT. NO PICS. HAS 2" HEADER AND I HAVE THE FULL RACING EXHAUST FOR IT. NO MUFFLETHOUGH

I see people out there spending money on the car to improve it … If you spend half that effort just working on your driving skills, making you and the car work together as a team, then you’ll go faster – period. as far as h22 a1 dont know, the spoon thing someone came by and looked at it and said all it would need to be a spoon engine is a special crank i really dont know about the whole honda world im a mustang man,
price is a 1000, the motor ran 13.70's in 1/4 the guy that came and looked at it said it had type r this and type r that but its was like he was speakin chineese, and im a cracker, lowest i will go is 700

never knew tha t h22 were type r's know there is some type s's ( i think or type sh) also know there is a accord type r but that was only made for the european market.

its the euro R, and its possible that it has the internals swapped into it, might get lucky and it could be the euro r engine itself..

There are TypeR H22's but not from Prelude's.. Accord Type-R and Accord Euro-R. If its out of a Prelude, it would be TypeS but doubtful, probably an H22A4 from a USDM Prelude..
