Its an obd0 vtec program called BRE. (Ben Ogle's Rom Editor) Its a badass program I used it when I was obd0 for a while with no problems. Not as easy to edit and tune as Chrome for instance, but its alot less hassle free and plug n play.

Whats included in the head? You say complete but you have the cams for sale seperate. Vtec solenoid, valve cover, cams etc.

Depends on what your willing to spend. Vtec solenoid and all sensors on head will remain there, and the valvetrain and valve cover. I will part it out if someone buys parts first, but Id like to sell as complete.
