Sitting at a stop light and my car started tapping and the oil pressure dropped t zero and now its sounds like metal is hitting metal loud my car has normal oil level and now its led me to believe the bottom end is destroyed. so im parting it out.

just changed timing belt tensioner and timing belt and water pump so those are in good condition on the driver side the vris solenoids are good and all hoses. Have a Cherry red valve cover in good condition with new vc gaskets in them. Everything in the top end is fine heads cams intake manifold. New battery everything is FOR SALE car has 115,000 miles on it
