for a y8 head, was told both EX and HX do the job

I was told that a distributor that I have is set for Vtec any way of telling me what to look for thata way if you still need it Ill sell it to ya. give me a call if you are still needing it. Amanda 813 368 58 05

there should be a code on one of the 3 sides where it bolts onto the motor.
td 42u is the sohc vtec one
