Default Snowboarding: Lake Tahoe, Dec 10th

Going to get away from work for a bit and do some snowboarding. Figured I'd put the word out for anyone interested in meeting up and hitting the slopes. I'll be up at Lake Tahoe from the 10th of December till the 16th, primarily hitting Heavenly though I might jump over to Squaw for some night bombin'. If anyone is interested in meeting up let me know. There's snowboarding during the day and casinos at night, should be a good time.

That's why we're hitting it on the 10th of December, before the season kicks into high gear. It's about $250-300 for a plane ticket and then hotel costs which really vary on where you're staying. We managed to find some packages that included lift tickets so we're looking at about $420 a person for a 5 day stay at Harrah's. If you're interested, check out www.snow.com and check out their travel deals for Heavenly.

Sounds like a badass time. Too bad me and snowboards do not mix.

If anyone wants a free place to stay an hour or two from the Colorado slopes shoot me an email, afmeroth@yahoo.com I am about 2 hours from most of the huge resorts and even closer to the not so huge resorts. The big ones included, breckenride, Vail, Loveland, Keystone,Aspen, Copper Mountain..Powderhorn, Steamboat, Telluride, Winter park ...etc Some are already open, prolly going skiing this weekend I live about 80 ish miles north of Denver. My goal this winter is to ski ever resort in Colorado.

Nice! Went to Breckenridge two years ago and had a blast. So many damned trails and some fine looking bowls. Only issue I had was there was only night skiing on one mountain so your generally only able to ski from 8am to 4pm.
