Welp, they just staked out the lots
at my new place... Here is a pic of my lake . This is taken about the "legal" end of my lot in my backyard...

It's muddy looking because it was drained 10 ft for the construction phase. There is cleared land all around it and sand is blown into it all day long... it sits at about 20ft deep right now. When the homes start to be bulit and the sod laid the lake will clear. It was clear about a month ago when I first came out there.
It will actually be slightly bigger when they add in the 10ft that was there before. I can't wait...
For distance judging... look at the home WAY across the lake... you prolly didnt even notice... Its a pretty damn big lake...
BTW Bill... you too can be a homeowner... just ask Scott...
Zate... as for the "lake" designation... I look at it like this... if Mapquest shows a lake, then it's a lake. If it doesnt show up there, then its a man made pond... Its a lake on mapquest...
