Default wastegate boost controller

with the worry about boost creep and spike can't this be eliminated by getting a wastegate a little bigger than you need then running a good boost controller like the blitz sbc i-d?

A TiAL 38mm wastegate is fine for most people's setups. I went with an HKS Standard wastegate with a 40mm valve. The Blitz SBC-iD is a bad ass controller. I can't wait to use SBC-iD I have.

it depends, too, on what exhaust manifold is used. you need a good quality manifold that plalces the wastegate at the collector, not off to the side as is the case witht he drag kits. in the drag kits, it vents off onle #1 cylinder, so the three others still spint he turbo, thus creating boost creeping. a manifold like the inline pro vents it from the collector(where the cylinder gasses all meet) and run a good quality wastegate(tial or hks).

thanks, I have pretty much figured on an obx manifold that runs the wastegate at the collector, I just have to find out if it can be used with A/C. The first time I saw the manifold with the wastegate on the #1 runner I said what the f*** as every other one runs at the collector. as I have learned more about turbos and the parts that go with, the drag manifold makes me wonder if the designers were on the pipe that day. and tial is a must.
