FS: 1968 Cadillac Eldorado
1968 Cadillac Eldorado, same owner for 20 years, garage kept, climate controlled environment, Florida Car.
Downsizing as we approach retirement, our loss, your gain. Runs and drives great.
Long time member of the Cadillac LaSalle Car Club. Had it out just today to a car club event. Forty miles round trip.. lots of looks - it's a pretty car.
Very presentable as is, but not a show car.
The Good:
Cold a/c, Heat works including climate control; radio and clock work. original keys and manual.
Wood veneer replaced, Seats recovered in vinyl.
Electronic ignition, electric fans, VDO gauges
New water pump and belts (pump replaced because of pump bearing noise)
No leaks
Recent evaporator and windshield
No cracks in dash
The Bad:
Fuel gauge doesn't work, have the sensor, needs to be installed
Headlight doors don't work, including three vacuum actuators with the car
Power door locks don't work
Power seat doesn't work, needs relay replaced
Passenger rear window does not work
The Ugly:
As you can see in the pictures, it has rust bubbles on the bottom corner of the back glass and some in A pillars.
Also, the driver's door panel needs to be refurbished.
