Z Fever

This is a 1993 Nissan 240SX Convertible that we built many years ago. I wanted people to see what it took to build it.
We started with a stock 93 S13:




Then we gutted it 100% and removed all the body parts and interior




Then we hung the Vortex widebody kit on it and converted the front end:



Then we did the paint as we already have the SR20DET built and ready for install:





One other thing we did at this point was to convert to Right Hand Drive.... We used a JDM front clip and wired everything up here in house. Taylor Durdan was responsible for this part of the built. He did a great job!
We also completely re-did the interior. I made custom all carbon door panels, center console, and rear interior side panels. We also installed Blitz carbon gauges... This is the finished product:


Then we dropped in the engine. It is fully polished. Powder coated components, Custom top mount manifold, HKS 264 step 2 cams, Garrett GT2867 turbo, Apex-i metal head gasket, ARP head studs, Border fuel rail, 850cc injectors, Fever Racing ROM tuned ECU, Apex-i A-AFC, Greddy SPec II boost controller, Turbo XS 50mm ext wastegate, SPEC stage 3 clutch, Blitz type R FMIC, Greddy intake manifold, Greddy, oil pan, Aeromotive FPR, Walbro 255 fuel pump, Blow through Z32 MAF, and a TON more!!!






Then we did the suspension, brakes, 5-lug conversion, and RHD conversion.
We used 06 Nissan 350Z Brembo brakes front and rear....
S14 5-lug hubs
JIC FLTA-II coilovers
JIC tension rods
JIC rear camber arms
Fever Racing power brace
JIC rear strut bar
Tein front strut bar
Tein frame spacers

Then we installed the massive Hart Racing split 5-stars.. 19x 9.5 Front with Hankook 245/30/19's and 19x 11.5 rear wheels with Hankook 265/30/19's





The complete build took us about 2 months... The car took 1st Place at HIN Miami and at Tampa in the best Nissan class as well as the best JDM class...
