Juice 2 - Boost 0
All in good fun, got to run another boosted car this weekend, and "break in" #5 in doing so.
Players: 1) 00 SS (yours truly) 2) 99 Mustang with boost and a few other goodies, and a damn fine sounding exhaust. Made three runs at one of the local tracks that let you go from second and third gear, and all were pretty close but the result was the same in each case: On 3 we both hit it, and both cars are even, I get the juice flowing and pull ahead, he starts catching up as I shift, but the Juice Ju-Ju is too pwerful and proves to be the more than adequate to give me another "W" over boosted V8's. My excuse was baby shifting (slower than granny shifting), and his was a big ole Puerto Ricanian on the passenger seat.So much for the 250 mile break in period... And yes Danny, I know you are ready for a rematch--as soon as this last issue is resolved, we shall go again. Hope your tuner is better this time . J/K Jeremy!!!
