Battle of the SOHC's

Well , im gettingoff work, and merging onto Howard Franklin, lookin backto see if its all clear, and I peek some hiper white's, so I say oh another civic.

As I begin to merge over , I see the car speeding up about 2 lanes over.
Does he want to run? I wonder ?

So I stay behind this stupd ass SUv until another lane appears and take it. Looking back I dont see the civic, but then he appears on the far left.
I kill all power suckers(AMP etc), and prepare for the battle.

Skip over a lane, he skips one over and we both dropped. It was even for a couple milli seconds, and then in the middle of 4th he started pulling hard. Left me and got caught in traffic. He had the usual from what I could tell (intake /exhaust/maybe headers)
I have only intake.
I speed up, pass by ( bet he thought it was gonna be a ricer fly by), and wait......he came up match speed@ the top of 3rd. we both shifted out and went up to some nice speeds. Once again he walked me!

If youre on here Good race dude! Thanks for not being a pussy, and opening that sucker up! Although the smog from your 4th-5th shift was a killer
