WRX vs Black Turbo Type R

ok...i will make it quick.. not sure who he was.. he was a nice guy..it was downhillsborough where it goes to US19 .. i passed him..he got on it.. i didnt.. i got on it alittle.. he backed off.. he went again.. so did i.. ( i was slightly ahead when we started) ... up to about 100 ish (from about 45-50) i put 1 car or so on him.. he had some black smoke comingout so i know he was gettin on it..

i didnt realise it was turbo until i was ahead and looked in my rear view and saw his FMIC.

nice kid driving it.. we stopped at a light and he had the same tires as me.. we complimented each others rides

i expected more as my car is now bone stock (took the boost controller off) and i had the AC on.. maybe h wasnt giving it all it had or something..i dunno.. he seemed to be..

maybe you ran across the one Race Related tuned! If so they tuned it to the [sarcasm] perfect a/f ratio of 14.7:1, I just can't wait to take my import to a domestic speed shop and have them tune it![/sarcasm]

Hmm.. didn't think WRX's were as impressive from a roll as from a stop. Weren't the RSX Type S and WRX about a dead heat from a 40 mph roll?

In any case, it's always nice to run across a nice guy, instead of an asshole in a red SS

I saw the same Integra in traffic tonight, with the black smoke coming out the exhaust and all. Had a JDM front end I think. Good kill Zate.

I saw when they where tuning that car. That thing did not sound to well when they had it on the dyno. I'm not going to post any of his numbers but, not impressed at all, actually dissapointed.

it's spelled "overrated". Besides, the type R isn't built with drag racing in mind, it's built for handling. It's a nice package for what it is.

i know this turbo type r really well, i saw the turbo go in and the front end put on and all that shit. The type r had bad rings before the turbo and then the problem was escalated by the turbo and even more by race related, they are slow and shady fuck that place. The stock block is no turbo block anyways, once the proper block is put in place that car will be the pinellas date raper. oh yea.....one more thing.....Fk race related... they do a great job on banners though...maybe they should change to a graphics shop.
