The sun doesnt always set on Le Mans.. 3.5L Vs. vash350Z

after talking alittle over the last couple months trying to get together to get a run in. Me and ryan "Vash350" finally got together tonight...not a bad night for racing not that many are. the plan was to get the video of us running at sunset and well...drive at the same time i was filming...didnt work...the run i have on tape does have the beautiful sunset but not much of the race... we ran like 5 times only 2 do i concider totally clean runs for me...the first time we caught a light i got him by atleast 1/2 a car but then he missed 2nd alittle...that one i stretched out to maybe a car and a half...i think i bumped the 2-3 on that run ...then next run was clean and by far the best...we both got out right about even maybe i jumped the 3rd honk by as much as i won the race 1/2 a car.. we get out in this 2 lane he does the honks and were off...little wheel spin on my part, which had been my strugle tonight...on his 1-2 i get about a car out. nail my 2-3 and somewhere mid to late 3rd i pull alittle more but then he comes back alittle,i could see him in almost the entire run.it was excellent... a couple other runs i jumped to early or...got too much wheel spin and won or lost in unconvincing fashion...anyway i thought vash only had intake he also has the plenum, so he's alittle faster than i expected, but not much ...i know from experience were pretty evenly match ,the 350 and me...to bad about that video, it started out so nice with the sunset in the back drop.

yup thats pretty much how it happened, talk about 2 evenly matched cars lol, never had a race that close before, it seemed that whoever got out of the whole best won the race by however distance they put on the launch. was nice meeting you man, hopefully we can run some more as our cars get more mods.
