numbers lie
240 is indeed greater than and not equal to 350.
This was an interesting kill that just happened to me a few minutes ago as I was walking out of my favorite speak-easy. As I am walking out of said place, a 350 Z is pulling up to a light. I think it is no biggie until I hear him rev his engine a few times. So, being the jackass that I am, I yell: "hey, you want some?!?!?!?!!!" He retorts by revving his engine. At this point I am in full stride fumbling for the keys in the hope I catch up to him before the light changes. My luck runs out as I just have the 240 started and the light changes. He skirts off but I know I can catch him. As I do catch him, he is on it all the way and I give him a little BOV action before I slow down for the next light. We exchange some friendly banter and wait for the light to change. The only problem with this all too familiar intersection is that there is a huge hump in it that prohibits me from any sort of decent launch. Light is about to change. I am still debating my launch and decide on idle. He decides on a bit of throttle. Light turns and he gets the jump on me as I bog anticipating the hump and massive wheel spin. After the hump, I am still in first at 3/4 throttle and have made up the 1/2 car length he gained. I mat the gas and shift into second, as he chirps the hell out of the tires and does the same. This is the point where 3-4 car lengths are instantly put between us. I continue through second, and dip into third in an agressive fashon before I am satisfied with the blinding headlights in my rearview. Good run. All and all, he was cool and complimented me on my ride and I returned the favor and did the same as I do love the 350 Z's so much. Good run and a good guy. It did have a 350Z.com or something sticker on the side, I don't know if that is anyone here or not. If it is, I had fun even if it was a bit out of my way. |

Don't get me wrong, I love the 350's to death. They are ultra pimp. But for what I have into my lil 240, I can and will run circles around pretty much any one of them in Tampa. Remember also, power for me is just more boost and fuel away on my over-built factory motor.

Hahhahaha, Billy.
![]() There is a girl with a blue 350Z around there that needs a good beating as well. It's either raining or just not feasable whenever I run into her. |

Maroon.
The chick in the blue one is definately hot. The last time I saw her, she had her little doggie in the car and was hauling ass in the wet. Boost, rwd and wet weather don't mix too well when you add crapass firestones to the mix. I think she lives down the street from my mom actually. |
