What CRX stands for...

it must be JDM for cant launch worth a fucking shit.

i was hesitant to race this guy, because i heard him spooling pretty good when he passed me but we just happened to catch a light together and i got to look at his front tires, 17's with low profile...just what a bad launch ordered ...he sees me lookin and revs to blow off and i just kinda grin and ask him if its turboed, he told me yes, and i asked what engine and turbo was it, but no reply...i could only guess sohc turbo setup maybe...i power braked and he brought his rpms up to, light went green and he just dumped the clutch and all ya see is his mexican jumping beans for front tires bouncing him all around and i put a few car on him through the intersection and about another 3 or 4 by the time i got to 60. had he hooked it would have been a good race, we didnt go from a roll cause my turn for the interstate was coming and he just flew past me without a wave or anything...

PS: still in the vette.

- No wonder. You just answered your own question. In a front wheel drive car you have to roll your front wheels past the stripes that make the cross walk. If you don't the wheels will start smoking as soon as the tires hit the stripes. A rear wheel drive car is already moving when it's drive wheels hit the stripe's.

-As far as saying that crx's can't launch. I know a crx personally that pulls sixty foot times in the 1.5's. Now your going to say " but those are slick" and "that is at the track" Before you make your judements you should get the facts straight.

Good kill. So you are smart enough to look at the front tires.
