Question How about some $100 races ?

Just seeing what response I am going to get if I can arrange a few $100 payouts to the fastest radial and non-radial cars at the next Track Event (August 16th).

Any of you hardcore "street racers " game ?

Or are you skeeered ?

Answer up if you are game.

I wont make it to this event but I would like to see maybe..fastest front drive and fastest rear drive and fastest AWD.
Us front drivers will never see 11's on street tires, whereas some of the V8 folks will.

of course anything is possible. Let me clarify. I dont think there will be any front drivers at the track day that can compete with the fastest rear drivers.

Not enough FWD cars to have a separate class and especially not enough AWD cars.

Therefore it will depend upon tires and consistancy.

More exact details later after I get some feedback.

Also this will not be a bracket style race.

Drag radials and slicks in one group.

Regular street radials in another.

Yeah I know people run drag radials on the street (my car has them) but they are closer to slicks than regular radials.

We have a non-radial Z06 that I think that can run if you really want to shell out $100.

I think drag radials are alot closer to regular performance radials than slicks. I pull almost the same 60's(about .1 faster) with my AVSs and cheap kumhos than withthe drag radials. But them I run small 225-50-16s too
