Great video. Although I am not a US citizen I have always thought that policies such as "affirmative action" actually encourage racist behaviors by perpetuating the idea that we are individually responsible for all of the evils and achievements of our race, gender, place of birth, etc. The only way to eliminate racism is to abandon this idea altogether. The problem is that this idea is very useful when it comes to manipulating the masses.
