i love that junk used to (amature) free run all the time. didnt really have the greatest enviroment though. i try stuff at work though, we have high shelves and stacks of flat boxes and stuff. but nothing as cool as this video lol
id like to learn to backflip and do that stuff. also, how do they fall down so far?? some of them dudes fall like 20 feet to the ground, i know people who have blown their femurs wide open falling only 10 feet! |

^ they learn how to roll.if you notice when they go 20 feet or so they always roll when they land.it disapates the energy all over your body instead if taking it all in your knee and so on.
next time you jump off of something like 8 ft or 10 ft when you hit transfer into a roll..you will be suprized at how easy you take it. |
