A win is a win. It doesn't matter how "Much" faster the skyline is. The point is, its faster.

dude its a skyrine its not so fast.. lol id still even pick a c6 zo6 over it.. i wouldnt even want the new zr1 the c6 is faster then the skyrine stock haha

The new skyline is 2 seconds faster around the nurburgring than a c6 z06.

It's also .1 second slower in the 1/4 than the almighty lsx z06.

It also has a better 0-60 time.

C6 Z06-3.6 seconds
R35 Skyline-3.3 seconds

So therefore it IS FASTER.

both cars are great, pretty evenly matched, the GTR came after the Z06 so therefore its almost obligated(sp?) to be faster... when the ZR1 comes out its probably gonna be faster than the GTR, so therefore Nissan comes up w the vspec... and so on... at the end we get a good amount of really fast cars to pick from, that is, if you have the money to buy em

Dude, did you watch the video??? It clearly states the the 0-60 time is 3.3 seconds which is "faster than the 911T, the Viper, AND the z06". The quarter mile time was an 11.6 which "tied the 911T and left the Viper and the z06 in the dust". It did the slalom at 72.9 mph which was faster than everything except the Viper.

i like the ZO6 and the GTR. but i dont think the GTR is faster cause on ls1tech.com somebody with a BONE STOCK ZO6 ran 10.98@128.

Yes it is.

But the GTR also isn't available readily to the public so that doesn't really matter.

You wanted "road and track" type numbers,that's what you got.

Just wait till the public gets ahold of them and a few drivers start to master launching them.

We'll start seeing some better times.

It's still faster on a track which means,IT'S FASTER.
