not only is there a certain altitude you must be at there is permission that has to be granted , no way in HELL would you be aloud to break the speed of sound that close to ppl , when you break the speed of sound it displaces the weight of the plane for every mach the plaes goes so i really dont think the ppl would want to be blasted with all the energy , it lookes to me like water vapor getting sucked into the engine from the hight of the plane off the water , ppl have been know to be killed and seriously hurt from the speed of sound 500ft above the ground and from this video it looks to be 100-200ft so I am calling a fake.
