Almost everyone company that builds more then one version of something puts each version into stages. such as turbo kits. Stage one being Street. Stage two being a little more powerfull Street/Race. Stage 3 being full race. or somthing like that. the stages are up to the company. but they can just make one, they have to make a few so one fits what each of there customers needs. there not gunna sell a "stage 3" turbo kit with a 62-1 to someone that has a stock motor and fuel system that only wants a little more power and the neato bov sound. like wise there not gunna build that same guy a head with 310 cams.


Stages have been around a lot longer then Gran turismo and FnF.
