My first TRuck!
So thanks for all the good words and opinions on my previous thread in this section. I bit the bullet today and bought my first truck!
1990 F150 XLT lariat long bed/ extended cab 5.0 V8

Pictures to follow soon enough. Interior is pretty nice, exterior isn't bad and it runs really strong and shifts smooth. I'm going to be cleaning it up, modifying the interior door trim panels and putting my stereo in it. Please feel free to chime in, give your $.02. I'll be posting in here more often, but hopefully not asking for repair advise.__________________________________________

Sunday I cleaned up the exterior and changed the oil. Had some fun with the oil drain plug, but noting a tap and die couldn't fix. Wednesday brings a clay bar and the buffer for some super shine. Interior is very clean with the exception of the rattling door trim panels. I plan on spending some time on those Sunday, along with paying some attention to the power door locks.Last edited by Lookin2GoFA$T; 11-23-2009 at 01:41 PM.

It is 2wd. My explorer blew up last month and I needed another ride. I'm moving soon, have a boat, like to go camping etc. so a truck seemed like the logical choice for now. It didn't hurt that it was a super deal either! Thanks for the reply.
