Depends do you want to sell it? What are you doing with it? Are you looking at the new over priced tundra? Need to be more specific. Your best bang for the buck on the front and back is a F-150 without a doubt (and you can get a 6.5 foot box with a real crew cab). If you want to go fast then the tundra 5.7 / GMC Sierra Denali are the tickets. Please tell us what you want to do with it?

Well my vote is for the Titan, not only does it look better than a lot of the other trucks out there but it gets in the city what I get on the highway with the 6.0 in my 2500HD. Wish I had a duramax but didn't have the $ for one when I bought my truck. But it's got a 5.6L that produces more torque & HP than the 6.0 in my truck and gets WAAAAAY better gas milage, as I get approx 9mpg around town and approx 13 on the highway. (which I estimated myself since I cannot find what it should be on ANY sites.) As apposed to the Titan's 14mpg/city & 18mpg/highway. The only place my 2500 beats the titan is in towing capacity at 12,000lbs Vs. 9200lbs.

the new tundra is amazing.. 380hp 400lb ft of torque.. that thing puts out almost as much torque as the diesels in the 1 ton trucks.. it may even have more.. i havent looked at diesels.. but the tundra gets my vote

Drive them both man...once you do if the Tundra 5.7 is the one you drive it will be the one you take home. The Titan is nice but the Tundra is really on another level.
Just helped my father get a new truck & it came down to a Tundra doublcab limited or a Sierra Denali.
When it was all said & done he walked away in the Tundra for about 6k less than the Denali.
The only thing the Denali had over the Tundra was the interior.

As far as the Titan goes it does have a few great features but as a overall package is just a little outgunned in quality & features.
BTW......
The Nav. on the Tundra comes right out of the Lexus 600h & is really the best Factory nav unit you can buy regardless of manufacturer

I think you better look as it's almost 250 ft lbs LESS torque then the new diesels. Then lets just spend another 800 bucks and you can have a 3/4 ton truck busting out mid 14s and can still tow 15000 lbs day in and day out. Is the toyota a good truck, yep, is it 3/4 ton like everyone keeps implying, nope, toyota doesn't even dare try the HD market.

As far as a 2500HD silverado to any of the 1/2s it not a fair to even look at them together. 2500HD as a lot more frame, brakes and trans. Designed to outlast a 1/2 at the same load and designed to carry much more then a 1/2 ton.

As far as the new toyota yeah they are nice but if you are like me and have to trade out ever 80K miles Ford F-series trucks are the best for that ( based on inital cost, operating expenses and resale value). In the next we years we'll see how the new toyota works out over 100K miles. We've had 3 guys buy the new toyotas only to go back to F-150s/250s due to operating costs and overall quality.

I driven the new tundra and titan a few months back.
My hands goes down to the Tundra.
There's just more response in steering and braking with the Tundra in my opinion.
Both are decently quick, and do just about everything great. The tundra just feels better, yet I know under the hood, the Titan wins.

I bought a Tacoma instead

My friend has an 07 titan quad cab and he has had nothing but trouble, a toyota will last a lot longer. I have a 05 tacoma access cab trd sport and it rides better then a titan..Plus do you really want an estimated 12mpg with the titan?
