AUDIO SHOP MESSED UP MY INTERIOR- SolControl on Hwy 54
Info on car and parts. Its an 03 is300. Incase some dont know we have a rubber painted dash that is easily scratched. I purchased a Pioneer double din/navi/tv, dash kit,2 amp kits, soundstream interior speakers and amp. <br>

I brought my car to Solcontrol to have my parts installed. They quoted me about $350 to do the install. I figured I would pay good money to get it done right, well I was wrong. I had a 20 minute conversation with the installer about my interior, explaining to him its all in mint condition and to be extremely careful with my dash when removing the center pieces. 3 days later they call me to pick up my car (I know 3 days is a long time for this install)<br>

Keep in mind my interior was also very clean when I brought it to them. Here is what they did to my interior<br>

but you know what brought me to post this add?? They did offer to repair the car because its obvious they did it but when I went to pick the money up from them for the repairs the lady started telling me "oh my repair guy says this damage was already there" trying to give me some attitude about it and then I had to do it. I pulled out the old camera phone and showed her pictures of my seats before I brought them!! Of course she had nothing to say.<br>

Also when I got my car back the after all this BS and the Navigation antenna wasnt connected and this whole unit runs off the navigation so nothing was working. So I brought it back and 20 minutes later I get a call telling me it works and there was nothing wrong with it. I go back and mysteriously the unit works perfect, I look down at the floor board and all my carpet is pulled out! the fool pulled out my carpet to reach inside and plug in the antenna and forgot to put the carpet back so I wouldnt notice, what a dumb ass.<br>

Another reason I am posting this on them is because they didnt fix my whole dash only around the double din.. They have to remove my whole console not just the Din. But I got the repair guys number and I am very happy with the repairs he did make! I will post pics of repairs soon
