I purchased an advertised Chalak dogbox for a Subaru from him in June via nasiocStory:I sent the supposed dogbox to Bret Carter/SubeTek on here, a respected Technician and many people in Colorado's chosen tranny master. Bret cracks into it to discover a poorly maintained stock gearset.This look like a dogbox to you?Freight labels can be seen in this pic:Ryan did call me back yesterday and explained the following...He said that the guy he paid to swap the dogbox out when he was selling his car must not have and he may have sold the car with the dogbox. The guy who was paid to swap the trannys says Bret is full of ****.He says he is trying to contact the person he sold the car to, I said tranny or money.No refund has been issued at this point but my bank and paypal have been notified......ugh.I am posting this here because I figure some of you may know him and on the three or four occasions we've spoken, I cannot tell if his intentions follow his words of wanting to handle the situation in a standup manner.Mods: I posted this here because I couldn't find a goodguy/badguy section and it didn't say I couldn't review an individual in the rules.Ryan: if you can read this, send me my money back please and return / answer my calls.
