And how do you think it got that way? It just magically broke off by itself? Looks like the starter had been eating at that flywheel for a while. I'm not saying a shim would have prevented it,.. but there is nothing to say that shimming it would not either. Either way its an easy fix and all this is really uncalled for.

you have a turbo and the intake leaks oil nah that cant happen .and as far as the exhaust stepping down how can that hurt anything i thought it was kinda cool given what was there to work with .maybe you just didnt like it and you can its your car but atleast it was functional

Perhaps the context is misunderstood,.. but you made it sound like Shaun deliberately screwed him over and its all his fault and now this poor guy's life will never be the same. If I must....Shaun explained to me there was oil leaking from the breather....of course, as you stated, it's a turbo car....no issue. However, when there is oil pooling after a few minutes of run time in the little pocket on top of the block behind the rear of the intake manifold, there is obviously a deficiency in the installation of the intake manifold, in other words, a hole in the back, not fuckin lack of crankcase vacuum.

And how does exhaust size effect the operation of the turbo? Are you sure that's the statement you meant? I'll give you the benefit by not explaining how a T6 frame turbo being taken down to 3" after a foot is not *functional*

I'm not talking about anything else. Just stating that a "clicking" noise from the flywheel is pretty easy to misdiagnose. If he said I need $200 to pull your tranny to see what the clicking noise is, would you have paid him?

I'm really trying to stay bais'd here even though it seems totally the opposite. Its an easy mistake and an easy fix. If your not happy about the rest then why not take that up with Shaun? Have you even talked about any of this with him or did you just come on here and start bashing him? I mean coming on a public forum bashing someone with out giving them a chance to make things right,.. well that isnt right. Raymond knows all about that. He knows exactly how that feels.
