Simple.
When a shop owner tells me a *clicking* noise is normal for the type clutch I had installed and then later come to find out it was the starter skipping due to broken flywheel teeth until complete ring gear failure on the flywheel leaving me stranded. Not something I would call trustworthy and might in fact call *shadetree*
